We are nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, a short drive from either the blue waters of the Puget Sound or the snow capped Cascade Mountains. Located only 30 miles north of Seattle, Snohomish is a charming semi-rural community with easy access to the cultural and entertainment events of the greater Seattle area.
Established in 2003, MonteVista is a premier 97-home subdivision located in South Snohomish. Less than a mile from Willis Tucker Park, within close proximity of Bob's Wildlife Preserve and downtown historic Snohomish, our community combines the amenities of modern suburbia with the peace and quiet of the country. |

Snohomish School District's tenth elementary school was completed in the Fall of 2007. The District's second high school was opened in the Fall of 2008. They both are located off of Cathcart Way, at the south-end of the Snohomish School District.
